Here is a quick overview of why Andromeda Ocean Estates is a great opportunity right now:
1. First and foremost, the prices are still very low. We are still early in the sales cycle and are leaving a lot of room to grow. Ronald Zurcher, our main architect for houses in the project, our gate and the beach club, hasn't touched anything that isn't selling for less than $500/m2. We have lots that are in the low 100s. 4. We just opened new sales offices in Panama City and Pedasi. We are budgeting over $300,000/year for advertising and marketing. The buzz among real estate types and end-users is substantial. The opportunity to be among the ‘first to know’ is about gone. Despite the current economic climate we have sold half of the lots (roughly 40 to date) in Phase 1 since the beginning of 2009.

6. Pedasi has flown under the radar because it's 4 hours from Panama City. There are no regular flights to Pedasi right now. A new airport is under construction.
